0-1 Years
1. Fresh graduates or candidates with 0-1 year of experience as a Python Developer/ Data Scientist
2. Proficiency in Python, with a focus on developing foundational skills.
3. Exposure to NLP and image processing concepts.
4. Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
5. Basic understanding of Azure deployments.
6. Aptitude for OCR, ML model training, and transfer learning.
7. Willingness to work with unstructured data formats such as PDFs, DOCX, and images.
8. Familiarity with data science best practices and the ML lifecycle.
1. Assisting in data extraction from multiple sources, including PDFs, images, and databases.
2. Supporting optical character recognition processes for digitizing data from images.
3. Assisting in understanding data through natural language processing.
4. Contributing to the development of statistical models to support business decisions and monitoring their performance.
5. Collaborating with business domain experts to derive business value drivers.
6. Documenting model design choices, algorithm selection processes, and dependencies.
7. Collaborating effectively in cross-functional teams within the CoE and the organization at large.
8. Proactively seeking opportunities to contribute beyond assigned tasks.
