All Details:-

1. Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
2. Experience: Minimum of 15 years of experience in a senior leadership role, with a proven track record of managing large operations and technical teams.
3. Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of Cybersecurity and experience working with government and regulatory bodies in India.
4. Leadership Skills: Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities; excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
5. Technical Expertise: In-depth knowledge of engineering, product development, or R&D processes and best practices.
6. Sales Acumen: Experience in supporting sales teams and engaging with large enterprise customers.
7. Cultural Competence: Ability to navigate and bridge cultural differences effectively.
8. Remote Collaboration: Proven ability to work with remote teams across different time zones and willingness to travel as necessary.
