Experience:-

Freshers

All Details:-

1. Good Facilitation, Presentation and content development skills
2. Good Knowledge about computers and Excel.
3. Excellent communication skills and good people management skills.
4. Good Knowledge about Soft Skills
5. Data Handling / data interpretation
6. Process Oriented, planning
7. Ability to prioritize, meet deadlines and work under pressure.
8. Good Time Management, Interpersonal skills, Teamwork.

Key Details:-

1. Consistent alignment with operations by auditing calls, understanding needs, conducting refreshers, training NHT batches
2. Demonstrate innovation in training by carrying floor requirement into classroom training.
3. Maintain Data and MIS as per training BPMS / requirement.
4. Support intra & inter function collaboration. Proactively share best practices across locations to add value.
5. Contribute to process improvements and innovation in the training function.
6. Attend TTT for any client requirements.
7. Interface with customers as needed.
8. Conduct Need analysis and share feedback with stakeholders.
9. Meet the monthly Conversion & Effectiveness targets.
10. Provide Feedback to New Hires on V&A and Soft Skills
11. Call monitoring as per requirement
12. Should be ready to conduct refresher training, call monitoring, feedback session 85% of the time.
