1. Requires relevant expertise through formal education in a professional, sales, or technical area.
2. Performs technical-based activities.
3. Contributes to and manages projects.

6. Leverages previous knowledge and expertise to achieve team results
7. Able to complete work self-guided.
8. College or university degree required or equivalent work experience.
1. Analyzes requirements and coordinates with BA’s/Subject Matter Experts.
2. Identifies test conditions and/or creates test cases.
3. Conducts and/or participates in peer reviews of test cases and test plans.
4. Creates and conditions test data for test execution.
5. Executes manual/automation tests according to the Test Plans.
6. Documents test results and report defects.
7. Evaluates test results.
8. Retests, validates, and closes applicable issue type as appropriate.
9. Validates release notes.
10. Submits daily status reports.
11. Identifies and reports risks.
12. Coordinates Onshore/Offshore.
13. Manages day to day implementation of GTS test process.
14. Assigned courses related to new technical/domain/learning tasks completed in the defined time frame.
15. Performs other duties as assigned.
16. Complies with all policies and standards.
