2. Very strong written skills showing the ability to convey functional details accurately in a well-structured and precise manner that describe end user problems and solutions
3. Bachelor’s degree in software engineering or computer science.
4. Proven work experience as a Pega developer.
5. Advanced knowledge of Pega PRPC 5.x/6.x/7.x.; Certified CSSA preferred.
6. Familiarity with Scrum and Agile methodology.
7. Knowledge of web technologies including JavaScript, CSS, HTML5, and XML.
8. Experience working in a high-performance team.
9. Ability to troubleshoot complex software issues.
10. Aptitude to learn quickly and a superb attention to detail and process orientation

· Designing and developing business applications using the Pega 8 platform under the direction of an LSA and SSAs
· Implementing solution within the Pega environment using Pega and Cotiviti best practices and standards
· Develops and demonstrates a knowledge of the Pega Architecture and all design and implementation best practices and features
· Contributes to the continuous improvement of applications through participation in collaborative activities such as design and code reviews
· Contributes to the design of class structures, application frameworks, and data models.
· Demonstrates an understanding and implements applications using the declarative and model-driven capabilities of the Pega platform.
· Coordinating with the project team to ensure the business architecture matches the needs of the customer.
You will be responsible for development and deployment of large-scale Pega projects following the Industry best practices.
