1. Strong Presentation skills – data driven storytelling
2. Nice to have – Comfortable to converse in Kannada/Tamil/Telgu
3. Database Management: Utilize SQL Server for database design, optimization, and management, including writing complex queries, stored procedures, and triggers.
4. Performance Optimization: Enhance the queries to resolve performance bottlenecks and ensure performant report generation.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with Sales managers, dealers and retailers to help track and meet the sales targets.
6. Troubleshooting and Debugging: Diagnose and fix bugs, perform root cause analysis, and proactively implement solutions to prevent future issues.
