Join our Financial Research team in Hyderabad, Bengaluru or Gurugram The Financial Research (FinRes) group provides research and analysis support for the entire investment life cycle of the firm’s global proprietary trading strategies. The group caters to almost all the quantitative and qualitative strategies of the firm, and its research support covers multiple asset classes, sectors, and geographies. We are looking for resourceful candidates to join our Financial Research group based in Hyderabad/Gurugram/Bengaluru.Home Who We Are What We Do How To Join Career Development Work with Us Interviewing Campus Internships Application FAQ Explore News Library Contact What you’ll do day-to-day As an Associate, you will support the firm’s traders, analysts, and research teams by managing large financial datasets, conducting research, summarizing industry insights, and preparing earnings reports. You will collaborate with the in-house technology team to automate processes for greater efficiency. You will also negotiate contracts with global financial data providers, oversee agreements, analyze policy changes, and resolve billing discrepancies. Additionally, you will assist with expense booking, data audits, and cross-functional collaborations to ensure seamless operations. This role offers a unique blend of data analysis, financial research, and strategic coordination in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Key Details:-

Be a final year student from an undergraduate program in any discipline with no current backlogs. Have a keen interest in finance, a highly analytical and creative mindset, and a desire to learn and take on a new challenge. Be a self-starter with an impressive ability to synthesize information, an inquisitive attitude, and an inherent interest in financial research. Exhibit attention to detail and the ability to think unconventionally. Have excellent written and oral communication skills.
