In this role, you’ll lead development efforts across the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), collaborating with cross-functional teams to create reliable, scalable applications that meet both technical and business needs.You’ll work independently and collaboratively to solve complex problems, implement new technologies, and continuously improve ETS’s digital infrastructure.What You’ll DoSoftware design & development Design, code, test, and debug software applications across multiple platforms. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and scalable solutions. Develop and maintain detailed documentation for design, development, and testing. Conduct unit and system testing to ensure quality and performance. Recommend and implement improvements to existing systems and processes. Collaboration & leadership Partner with internal teams across ETS to ensure smooth delivery of services and enhancements. Provide peer leadership and collaborate with leads and developers to share knowledge and best practices. Support training and onboarding for internal clients when new applications or processes are introduced. Participate in code reviews and walkthroughs to uphold quality standards. Innovation & continuous improvement Explore and implement new technologies to enhance ETS’s software capabilities. Identify gaps in processes and escalate issues appropriately and proactively. Contribute to concept and product research from business, vendor, and technical perspectives. Quality & compliance Ensure all development activities align with industry best practices and ETS’s quality standards. Promote ethical standards and comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
