Freshers
1. Understand high level objective of the business needs and expectations.
2. Conducts interviews to gather customer requirements via workshops, questionnaires, workflow storyboards, use cases, scenarios etc.
3. Document the requirements in standard format for consumption (including use case, flowcharts etc.,)
Works with stakeholders and project team to prioritize collected requirements in successful completion of the project.
4. Ensuring good practices and high-quality standards are implemented and followed.
5. Performing other related duties as assigned.
1. Experience with eliciting business requirements, creating Epics, Themes and User Stories. Eurofins follows Business requirements >> User Requirements User Stories as requirements flow.
2. Must be able work with influence without authority.
Collaborate with Business Process Owners (GSC Compensation and Benefits Team) to elicit, review and document requirements.
3. One should process strong documentation skills which should be easier to understand by business users as well as development team.
4. Produce Scope and detailed requirements documented and signed-off by process owners.
5. Prepare and perform functional tests and make sure that acceptance criteria are met before releasing to end-user for UAT.
6. Ensure that User Stories prepared and updated during the development life-cycle in order to have UpToDate specifications.
This is in-house software development project using state-of-the-art technologies and methodologies. Major focus areas are: Complex business rules, Workflow, UI/UX – intuitiveness, Security, Performance, etc.,
