We are back with its 5th season - centered around the theme of “Her Today, Tech’s Tomorrow”, perfectly aligning with Flipkart’s commitment to fostering a culture of innovation and inclusion that caters to the future of the ecosystem at large.It is strategically designed to establish a solid groundwork for women in engineering, offering them early exposure to developmental opportunities. Through engagement with challenging real-time problem statements, mentoring, and networking opportunities, participants will gain invaluable experience.The chosen engineers will not only secure an internship opportunity for 2025 but also stand a chance to secure a Pre-Placement Interview (PPI) for an internship with Flipkart in their pre-final year.
