Freshers
1. Participate in various training programs designed by the company
2. Work under the supervision of senior employees to understand job roles and responsibilities
3. Attend all workshops, seminars, and meetings as required
4. Assist in the execution of projects and tasks assigned by the supervisor
5. Maintain a record of all learning experiences
6. Provide feedback on the training program to the training manager
7. Collaborate with team members on various tasks and projects
8. Develop a wide understanding of the company’s values, mission, and objectives
9. Follow all company guidelines and policies
10. Apply academic knowledge to practical scenarios within the business
11. Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations
1. Engineering graduates (2023/2024) in: Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial, Civil, Production, Automobile, Electrical
2. No backlogs
3. A minimum aggregate of 60% in 10th grade and all subsequent qualifying examinations (e.g., 12th grade, Diploma, Undergraduate degree).
