Fresh Prints India. In December 2016, I came across a job post on Naukri from Jacob Goodman, one of the co-owners of Fresh Prints. They were looking for someone to lead their Operations team in India. The post had already been taken down, but I decided to send Jacob an email anyway. To my surprise, he replied, and soon I found myself stepping into what would be a life-changing opportunity.
Any Degree
Freshers
1. Currently a student and on track to graduate of 2025
2. Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and Javascript
3. Comfort with Angular/React and NodeJS is a big plus
4. Have studied with object-oriented and functional programming
5. Perfect English fluency
6. An agile development process that revolves around sprints and spacing to make sure we’re coding efficiently.
7. Angular/React, NodeJS, MySQL, and AWS means devs are working on a modern tech stack
8. Religious use of Jira, Bigbucket, and daily meetings keep things organized
9. Regular UX/UI reviews, code reviews, and SonarCloud mean devs give and get tons of feedback so that the quality of our code is constantly improving
10. Tech stack and process are still rapidly evolving and the team is very open to changes that make us stronger
1. Engage in high-level conversations about business strategy and the role tech plays in it
2. Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code that powers our application
3. Write specs and do planning for everything we build
4. Conduct application analysis, testing, and debugging
5. Diligently document code to keep it clean and transparent
6. Ensure cross-browser and device compatibility
