1. Demonstrate the ability to build a work plan or parts of a work plan, as applicable for role
2. Have implemented small projects or contributed to the implementation of a medium/large project, as applicable.
3. Proficient in 1 – 2 technologies/systems and focus on building depth and breadth of skills.
4. Expand knowledge of, and ability to apply, IT technical standards by assisting in their formation and revision
Possess a good working knowledge of the IT application and technical tools landscape
5. Start to be seen as a go-to resource for the team or business group
6. Begin to demonstrate initiative and ownership by proactively resolving issues and taking on multiple tasks
