fresher/exp
1. Professional software engineering experience with PostgreSQL in large production environments
2. Significant experience with Ruby on Rails or other Ruby frameworks
3. You can reason about software, algorithms, and performance at a high level
4. You are passionate about open source
5. Strong written communication skills
6. Self-motivated and have strong organizational skills
7. You share our values, and work in accordance with those values
1. Develop new features in collaboration with our product management, UX, and frontend teams
2. Keep changes small and iterate towards the best solution
3. Reviewing database related changes submitted by other engineers or community contributors
4. Documenting database best practices or patterns to avoid
5. Developing tooling to proactively inform developers of potential performance issues
6. Research, design and implement solutions to improve product performance
