1. Reading and handling the Content.
2. Good Communication skills both written and verbal.
3. Good Judgment and Decision Making Capability
4. Fast grasping power or a quick learner
5. Good in generating structured problem-solution reports
6. Good in verbal communication and composing emails
1. Timely deliver productivity and meet the SLA with the highest possible quality standard
2. Communicate and participate in project forums
3. Optimize existing processes, and provide ongoing feedback on tools and processes.
4. Interpret customer feedback, monitor satisfaction, and help drive programs to improve numbersCreative problem-solving and analysis skills
5. Attention to detail with the ability to complete a large volume of work quickly
6. Very comfortable with computer knowledge troubleshooting and using the Internet
