4. Testing a system's performance and efficiency
5. Managing support tickets on SAP software, which are correspondences between technicians and clients on program issues
6. Analyzing and resolving SAP system issues
7. Enhancing parts of the system according to client requests or specifications
8. Communicating with technical consultants on program components
