We are looking for a Data Analyst Trainee to join our team and support data analysis projects. As a trainee, you will work closely with senior analysts and other team members to learn key skills and tools used in data collection, analysis, and reporting. This role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals looking to transition into a career in data analytics.

1. Assist in collecting, cleaning, and processing data from various sources to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
2. Perform exploratory data analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and insights.
3. Help generate reports and dashboards using data visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau).
4. Support the development and implementation of data models and analytics solutions.
5. Work with team members to create and maintain databases and ensure efficient data storage.
6. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand requirements and contribute to the development of data-driven solutions.
7. Continuously learn about data analysis best practices, tools, and technologies.
8. Participate in team meetings and assist in brainstorming solutions to complex data challenges.
1. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or Business Analytics) or equivalent.
2. Strong interest in data analysis, data science, or related fields.
3. Basic knowledge of data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Python, R, etc.).
4. Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
5. Ability to work with large datasets and clean/transform data for analysis.
6. Strong problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset.
