Oracle APPS - Technical Analyst Job Description: Johnson Controls invites passionate individuals to join our team as an Oracle APPS - Support Specialist. This entry-level position is perfect for candidates with 0-1 year of experience looking to kick-start their career in an innovative company.What you will do:Provide support for Oracle APPS modules, assisting users with inquiries and issues. Participate in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to Oracle applications in a timely manner. Collaborate with team members to document problems and solutions, ensuring knowledge sharing. Assist in testing new releases and features of Oracle applications to ensure functionality aligns with business requirements. Engage in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge of Oracle APPS. What we look for:Required:A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Basic understanding of Oracle applications and database concepts. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication abilities. Preferred:Experience with Oracle APPS or similar ERP systems is a plus. Familiarity with SQL and PL/SQL. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
