Freshers
1. Under-graduate degree from a top tier institution with excellent academic record and a strong interest in making a career in finance
2. Strong communication skills (written as well as verbal) and an ability to precisely articulate thoughts
3. Close attention to detail and ability to deliver high quality output under pressure. Ability to efficiently multi-task and handle multiple deliverables / projects
4. Strong team player demonstrating integrity and ability to work with teams across geographies. Pro-active, self-starter and an ability to work independently with minimal guidance
5. Strong analytical bent of mind and quantitative skills
Awareness of banking solutions and services as well as
knowledge of analyzing company financials and financial modeling skills in MS Office applications are a plus
6. Ensure the highest ethical standards and regulatory compliance within the firm
The Centralized Research Group (CRG) collaborates closely with the firm’s Global Investment Banking (GIB), Global Corporate Banking (GCB) and Commercial Banking (CB) teams offering customized financial solutions across Mergers & Acquisitions, Equity / Debt capital raising, Credit, Treasury, Cash Management, Trade, and Markets, among others.
