Role Overview We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong skills in data analysis, documentation, reporting, and process improvement to support our Product, Operations, Payroll, and Customer teams during US hours.Key Responsibilities Analyze operational and product data; create reports, dashboards, and insights. Support product requirements, user stories, and process documentation. Work on workflow improvements, automation, and efficiency projects. Assist with global payroll, compliance, onboarding, and HR operations analysis. Track product issues, feature requests, and updates with engineering. Conduct simple market and competitor research in HRTech/EOR/SaaS.Required Skills 2–5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst / Product Analyst / Operations Analyst. Strong skills in Excel/Google Sheets and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.). Experience with BRDs, PRDs, SOPs, process maps, and documentation. Understanding of SaaS, HRTech, EOR, global payroll, onboarding, compliance. Good communication and ability to work independently during US hours.Preferred Skills Basic SQL. Experience in AI-driven products, automation tools, or remote-first companies.
