Freshers
- Basic understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing life cycle (STLC).
- Familiarity with testing methodologies (e.g., black-box, white-box).
- Hands-on experience with test management tools or bug-tracking systems is a plus.
- Basic programming knowledge is an advantage.
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and a passion for ensuring product quality.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
0-1 years of experience in software testing (internships or academic projects are also considered).
Exposure to Agile or Scrum development practices is beneficial.
