Freshers
1. Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program at an accredited university graduating in 2025 or a recent graduate with coursework or background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field.
2. Experience in basic programming skills in languages such as Java, Python, C#, or similar languages
3. Familiarity with Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) concepts is a plus
4. Good understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, features including, but not limited to account & contact administration/management, profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, flows, process builder, reports is a big plus.
5. Knowledge in building Salesforce solutions using APEX, LWC, Flows, triggers and APIs is a big plus
6. Confident in communicating and sharing ideas to engineering peers, product owners and business partners.
1. Collaborate with product manager, product owner(s), experienced software developers and architects to understand business needs, design and build solutions using the Salesforce Product & Software suite.
2. Configure, build and enhance Salesforce apps using native and custom objects, flows, validations, APEX, SQL/SOQLs, LWC, APIs, etc. while adhering to Salesforce best practices.
3. Actively participate in the design sessions and contribute to the documentation of technical specifications, process flows, data models during each sprint cycle.
4. Learn and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to improve product quality, reduce technical debt and innovation.
5. Follow Agile software development methodology and software development standards.
6. Proactive approach and enthusiasm for problem identification and solving
