Freshers
1. Basic understanding of networking concepts, protocols, and topologies
2. Familiarity with network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, and access points
3. Proficiency in basic network configuration and troubleshooting
4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
5. Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members and stakeholders
6. Eagerness to learn and adapt to new networking technologies and concepts
7. Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
Assists in configuring and maintaining network devices, including routers, switches, firewalls, and access points
Ensures that network configurations are accurate and aligned with best practices
Collaborates with the network team to monitor network performance, availability, and security
Helps identify and address network-related issues to minimise downtime and disruptions
Responds to and assists in resolving network incidents and problems
Troubleshoot connectivity issues, performance bottlenecks, and other network-related challenges
Creates and updates technical documentation, including network diagrams, configurations, and procedures
Maintains an organised repository of documentation for future reference
