Freshers
o Proficiency in tools and technologies, including:
1. Azure SQL Database and SQL Server
2. SSIS - SQL Server Integration Services, Azure Data Factory
3. Azure Synapse Analytics
4.Power BI
o Exposure to programming skills in Python, T-SQL, or Scala.
o Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools such as Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines
Preferred Qualifications:
o Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
o 3+ years of experience in data engineering, with a strong focus on the Microsoft Data Stack.
o Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure Data Engineer Associate, Azure Data Fundamentals).
o Knowledge of data visualization and reporting best practices.
o Optimize data pipelines and storage solutions for performance, scalability, and cost-efficiency.
o Monitor and troubleshoot data workflows to ensure reliability and uptime.o Implement data quality and validation processes to ensure accuracy and consistency.
o Enforce data governance policies, including role-based access controls, encryption, and compliance standards.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data architects, engineers, and business stakeholders, to deliver data solutions aligned with organizational goals.
o Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior team members.
