1. Act with integrity & think customer-first in every interaction
2. Handle basic PhonePe account and transaction related queries
3. Ability to flex between phone & data channels\
4. Follow specified process guidelines to bring about resolution
5. Build customer trust through their interaction
6. Ability to meet hourly & daily productivity goals
7. Leverage internal processes and resources to drive resolution
8. Escalate appropriately taking support from relevant teams to resolve customer issues
9. Recommend process improvements
10. Engage & Educate customers so they’re able to leverage PhonePe to the fullest

Key Details:-

1. Have excellent written and verbal communications
2. Have good learnability
3. Be an active listener and deal well with objection
4. Have strong customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different scenarios
5. Be a team player, flexible and open to feedback 6.Ability to multitask, prioritise, and manage time effectively
7. Should be able to speak in English and Hindi
8. Graduation (10+2+3) is Mandatory
9. 0 - 2 years of work experience in a customer facing role
10. Multilingual skills (spoken + written) in South Indian languages are preferred
