Role Description — Unreal Engine Game DeveloperWe are seeking a skilled Unreal Engine Game Developer to join our game development team in Noida. In this full-time on-site role, you will contribute to the development of high-quality VR gaming experiences. You will collaborate with designers, artists, and programmers to build gameplay systems, optimize performance, and ensure smooth interactions across leading VR platforms. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about real-time 3D, VR technologies, and creating immersive interactive experiencesKey ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement gameplay mechanics, environments, and interaction systems in Unreal Engine 5. Optimize game performance for major VR platforms (Meta Quest, PSVR, PCVR, etc.). Build and optimize multiplayer gameplay, including replication, session management, matchmaking, and server performance. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues across the development pipeline. Research new tools, plugins, workflows, and industry best practices to improve project quality. Contribute to brainstorming sessions and provide creative input.Required Qualifications3+ years of professional experience in Unreal Engine development. Solid understanding of Unreal Engine 5 (Blueprints and C++). Strong understanding of multiplayer systems (replication, RPCs, server-client architecture). Familiarity with VR development concepts (bonus). Strong problem-solving skills and ability to design scalable systems. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Portfolio, demo, or project showcasing Unreal Engine work (gameplay, multiplayer, VR, or backend integration).Work LocationThis is a full-time, on-site role based in our Noida office.
