The company focuses on innovation, technology, and delivering value to its clients.Handle technical queries from global customers through voice support.Resolve user-reported issues or escalate them to the concerned department.Record, track, and manage support tickets efficiently.Deliver high-quality service with a focus on customer satisfaction.Work according to standard IT service management practices.
Graduation in any discipline (preferably IT or related fields).Passing year must be 2023 or 2024.No active backlogs at the time of application.Strong verbal communication skills.Basic technical understanding or interest in IT support.Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts.
