This role provides an outstanding chance to work with brand new technology, ensuring the flawless operation and maintenance of our enterprise applications.Key Responsibilities:Troubleshoot and resolve basic application-specific support issues. Install and maintain enterprise and laboratory application software, including dedicated hardware. Complete change requests and qualifications. Liaise with internal groups and vendors to determine and implement solutions.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent formal academic/vocational qualification. 0 to 2 years of relevant experience or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. General understanding of server administration and architecture (Windows Server, Linux). Ability to interact with relational databases (primarily Oracle, some SQL Server). Basic support knowledge of desktop operating systems and efficiency applications (MS Office, MS Project, MS Visio).Required Skills:Ability to diagnose problems and coordinate the implementation of solutions. Self-motivated with the initiative to see issue resolution through to completion. Positive attitude with a dedication to high-quality work. Strong interpersonal skills with a business-focused approach. Key Areas of Expertise Required : Power Automate / .NetWorking Conditions:Office and laboratory environments with exposure to electrical office equipment. Travel up to 60-80% of the time for Labs-based staff.
