What You’ll Build🚧 Multi-Tenant Core from ScratchYou’ll design and implement the core data isolation and access control layer — the thing that makes our platform trustworthy. You own it until it’s in production and working perfectly.🔐 Secure, Beautiful APIsYou’ll craft clean, documented, and secure-by-default APIs that other engineers love to work with.⚡ AI-Accelerated DevelopmentWe build with AI in the loop. You’ll use tools like Copilot, Cursor, and Claude to handle boilerplate, speed up testing, and explore new approaches — not as a crutch, but as a force multiplier. You Are 🧠 Experienced: 4+ years shipping real production software that users depend on.2 / 2🛡️ Security-Minded: You’ve built or secured multi-tenant systems. You know the attack surfaces, the edge cases, and the bad habits that lead to leaks. ⚙️ Fullstack Fluent: You’re comfortable moving from backend logic to front-end polish without friction. 🤖 AI-Native: You use AI every day to write better code, faster — and you know when to trust it and when not to. 🚀 Startup DNA: You thrive in ambiguity, own outcomes, and take pride in building things that actually ship. 🔍 Mission-Driven: You get that in insurance, a security flaw isn’t a bug — it’s an existential risk. You build accordingly.
