Service Offering MaintenanceSupport the Service Delivery Manager (SDM) in creating service offerings, APP ID creation, and preparing mandatory documents in IT4YOU.GEAR MaintenanceAssist the SDM in creating and maintaining GEAR entries, ensuring all mandatory entries are up to date.Service ReportingPrepare and send the monthly service performance report for DD-A to the leadership team.Audit Management SupportAssist in optimizing the Service Management framework, including Disaster Recovery, and support audits as needed.Quality Assurance and ComplianceEstablish quality assurance standards and ensure adherence to service quality benchmarks. Lead the service lifecycle and manage capacity for a suite of Data & Analytics platform products, ensuring SLAs are actively managed and upheld. Conduct timely reviews and maintain high data quality across various repositories/tools (e.g., IT4YOU, GEAR, etc.). Oversee CAPA related to platform outages and maintain the secure state of products. Cross-Functional CollaborationCollaborate with cross-functional teams and support Service Delivery Managers in establishing service delivery standards and best practices, ensuring alignment with business objectives. Manage relationships with key stakeholders, including internal business partners, vendors, and service providers.CommunicationMaintain clear and open communication with the SDM/PO, keeping them informed and engaged throughout the service delivery process.
