Possess good understanding of the overall business needs and utilizes this knowledge to collaborate with Operations, Supply Chain, and Sourcing functions for Production Support. Utilizes knowledge of best practices to determine business needs to support design & deliver technical solutions, doing so in partnership with Application, Infrastructure, and other integrated domains. Work in close collaboration with various business leads, domain representatives etc. Provide technical delivery of functionality to meet defined business requirements as described in User Stories, Gaps, Tasks in dev ops. Provide system support and maintenance in alignment with standards and process set within the ERP Services Delivery model, West policies, and procedures as well as Regulatory requirements including but not limited to Sarbanes-Oxley and FDA GMP/GXP. Create and facilitate system lifecycle documents and computer validation documents in accordance with West policies and procedures, including creation and maintenance of procedures and Job Aids. Provide support in system and data monitoring activities. Assist senior team members and supervisors in terms of Incident management activities, Dev Ops Sprint management, data analysis, Idoc and interface monitoring. Work within and participates in the Change Control process. Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures, instruction, and all safety rules. Exhibit regular, reliable, punctual, and predictable attendance. Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
