Test s and monitors solution to ensure proper implementation and customer satisfaction. The position is responsible for delivering consulting, guidance and development support to integrate Zebra Products and Solutions into customer applications.Responsibilities: • Designs, develops, and tests a variety of implementation assignments that constitute a portion of a larger project. • Develops and tests documentation which describe the specific solution and implementation requirements• Reviews test results and perform root cause analyses to identify problems • Issue validation during software release updates• Communicate with US IS team, PMs, L2 Team, Engineering team and CLM team on implementation projects • Able to handle multiple projects independently. • Should have ability of multitasking.• Builds productive working relationships internally and externally • Configuration and Validation support during configuration/validation phases of projects • Contribute in creating Day in the Life business scenarios • JIRA ticket triage through project dashboard • Contribute in updating support handover document.
Preferred Education: Bachelor's or Master’s degree in an appropriate engineering discipline required.Preferred Work Experience (years): Minimum of 8+ years of work experience or 5 years of relevant experience with a Master’s degree.Key Skills and Competencies: All other Regions: Preferred Education: Bachelor’s degree Preferred Work Experience (years): 8+ years of work experience
