4. Good communication skills

8. Smart approach towards incident management
9. The ability to communicate with overseas customers and problem solving ability by using remote tools like Microsoft Teams, Web Ex etc
1. Installation, configuration, diagnosis and resolution of technical issues related to Microsoft products viz.
2. Microsoft client operating systems (Windows7/ Windows8, Windows10), Email (Outlook), File & Print service, MS office, and various business applications etc.
3. Installation, configuration, diagnosis and resolution of technical issues related to all technology peripherals viz.
4. desktops, thin clients, laptop, printers and scanners etc.
5. Migration and Deployment of Desktops and laptops build as per company standards.
6. Communicating with overseas customers and solving their desktop related problems by using remote tools like Skype for Business, Web Ex etc.
