We are looking for a dynamic, smart Intern to join our team and support the end-to-end recruitment process. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about HR, eager to learn, and looking to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition.Key Responsibilities: Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through various channels (job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, etc.). Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers. Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers. Engage with candidates, ensuring a smooth interview process and a great candidate experience. Assist in onboarding activities for new hires. Collaborate with the TA 's to improve the TAT of closing positions.Requirements: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business, or a related field. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with recruitment tools and ATS (a plus but not mandatory). Passion for HR and talent acquisition.
