1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
2. Self-starter, ability to drive insights from data, provide action steps and drive results in a fast-paced environment.
3. Creative thinker with ability to learn quickly and navigate through unstructured initiative.
4. Ability to work effectively in a team environment with strong communication and interpersonal skills
5. Effective in written and verbal communication with partners located globally
6. Good Programming skills are a must
7. Knowledge of SAS, SQL, Java, Hive, Pig, Python, VBA is a plus
8. Knowledge of MS Office – PowerPoint, Excel
1. Development, review and/or execution of strategic actionable insights & analytical solutions to drive profitable marketing or servicing actions.
2. Solving complex business problems by ideation, development & ownership of next generation tech solutions, algorithms, and platforms.
3. Analyze data to derive business insights and create innovative marketing solutions.
4. Innovate and enhance existing solutions using big data & advanced analytics.
5. Build products to bring scale to critical initiatives and enhance productivity.
