Software Engineer Intern

Atlan is excited to announce that we're hiring engineering interns for roles across various teams! The internship will begin with a 1-week, in-person onboarding session (Atlan Engineering Fellowship Program) in Delhi. During this program, you'll connect with fellow interns, senior engineers, and Atlan's leadership team, engage in hands-on learning, and immerse yourself in our vibrant culture. After onboarding, your internship will transition to fully remote work—work from anywhere!
Any Degree
Freshers
1. Students currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Engineering in India who can commit to full-time internship.
2. Major or concentration in Computer Science or a closely related field.
3. You must commit to being in Delhi for the one-week in-person onboarding.
4. Demonstrate dedication to the internship.
5. Show passion and drive to succeed in the tech industry (assessed via application questions and program interviews).
1. Gain key business insights: Learn from experts with decades of experience in the field. Understand the core business needs of customers and market dynamics that drive success.
2. Explore Atlan's platform: Dive deep into the architecture and APIs of our platform. Learn to efficiently extend our solutions with the guidance of senior engineers.
3. Chart new frontiers in data: Discover the intricate web of Atlan's existing data entities and relationships. Experiment with creating new entities and relationships and extend the user interface to enhance UX and visualization capabilities, pushing the boundaries of user experience.
4. Master the art of troubleshooting: Develop a systematic approach to troubleshooting errors and bugs. Utilize logging, monitoring tools, and advanced debugging techniques to identify and resolve issues quickly.
5. Be treated as an equal: Experience a culture where your ideas and contributions are valued, and you are treated as an equal member of the team — not referred to as “an intern”.
6. Engage with customers: Work closely with customers to understand their pain points. Apply your technical skills to translate these into effective, user-friendly solutions that prioritize usability and efficiency.

8. Communicate proactively with stakeholders to ensure the success of your projects.

Internship Duration: 6-month paid, full-time, remote internship. We’ll cover your stay and travel expenses for the duration of the onboarding week in Delhi.
