In August 2024, Chevron Global Technology and Services Private Limited announced it will establish the Chevron Engineering and Innovation Excellence Center (ENGINE) in Bengaluru, India. Since 2023, Chevron Brands International LLC has partnered with the Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Limited (HPCL) to manufacture, distribute and market lubricants in India. Chevron Oronite Company LLC has a 50% interest in Indian Additives Limited (IAL) that is engaged in the manufacturing and marketing of lubricating oil additives. We also market refining technologies to produce fuels, premium base oil, and provide solutions to upgrade heavy oil residue.

1. Hands-on coding to deliver functional, innovative software solutions
2. Utilize CI/CD tooling to deploy software and iterate on solutions
3. Design and develop data integration and data management practices and tools
4. Maintain working knowledge of the latest tools and practices for continuous integration, unit tests, static and dynamic profiling, code coverage, code analysis, and automated tests
5. Frequently work with global teams across time zones and provide support to application/solutions
6. Hands-on development for integrating existing solutions with enterprise ecosystem (e.g., API development, Azure Data Factory)
7. Utilize CI/CD tooling to deploy software and iterate on solutions
8. Design and develop data integration and data management practices and tools
9. Understand technical requirements to maintain & support applications
10. Deploy, configure, support and enhance vendor software packages
1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Management Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, Petroleum Engineering, or related fields or equivalent experience
2. Must be currently enrolled in a four-year college or university and classified as a senior or graduate student with anticipation of receiving a bachelor’s or master’s degree by July 2025; OR college graduates with less than two years’ experience since receiving a degree
3. Must provide a current, unofficial transcript with online resume (as proof of good academic standing) when applying for this position to be considered
4. Experience building solutions in one of the following: C#, C++, Angular, Node.js, SQL, Ansible, R, Java, Python
5. Strong familiarity with Gitflow and source control management methodologies
