The ability to operate effectively under supervision, meet deadlines, and manage time effectively. Strong written and verbal communication abilities to comprehend directives and directions for tasks. Reading Ability: The applicant must possess the ability to decode or interpret written content. Writing Ability: The applicant should be able to describe a picture, video, or audio clip using appropriate grammar, vocabulary, punctuation, and sentence structure. Listening Ability: The applicant must have the ability to accurately receive and interpret audio messages. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain data quality standards Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines Comfortable working with complex and large-scale datasets Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot annotation challenges It will be beneficial to have a strong interest in AI, machine learning, and data processing. Basic knowledge of computer operations, familiarity with MS Office / Google Suite, and ability to quickly learn new annotation tools and software.
