We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Product Support Engineer to join our team. This role involves assisting users across various platforms through phone, chat, email, and support tickets. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills and a commitment to exceptional customer service.

Freshers 2024 and 2023 passed out
1. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering B.E./B.Tech - 2023 and 2024 passed out.
2. Flexible to work in shifts, including a willingness to work on a 24/5 rotational basis.
3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
4. Excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service.
5. Basic knowledge of multiple platforms (Windows, Mac, iOS, Android) is a plus
6. A positive attitude and ability to work well in a team.
7. A commitment to continuous learning and improvement in product support.
1. Assist users via phone, chat, email, or support tickets raised through our portal or website.
2. Log, validate, and diagnose user issues across our full range of products and applications.
3. Provide solutions through information gathering, analytical troubleshooting, and problem research.
4. Escalate issues to the appropriate resolution group when necessary.
5. Resolve customer queries effectively to ensure
customer satisfaction and delight.
6. Collaborate effectively within a team environment while maintaining a pleasant, professional, and courteous demeanor.
Shift Details - Rotational shifts (24/5, preferably Night shifts ) CTC - 4 LPA
