You will swiftly familiarize yourself with our existing codebase and make immediate contributions. This is a remote-friendly hybrid role offering flexible hours, but requires dependable availability and proactive communication. Candidates are expected to come to our Mohali office frequently.This role offers a rare opportunity to work directly alongside business team and senior management and building next-generation PropTech systems.Key Responsibilities:Design, Develop, Maintain, Enhance, and Support the flagship platform in C# and DevExpress in Visual Studio. Work extensively with Microsoft SQL Server (T-SQL queries, stored procedures, indexing, and performance optimization). Writing scalable, maintainable, and efficient code that supports long-term development goals Work closely with the management team to understand business needs and deliver fast, reliable solutions. Build and refine user interface components using DevExpress (WinForms and/or WPF). Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize application performance. Provide clear, well-documented code and regular status updates.Requirements:Minimum 5 years of professional experience with C# and DevExpress (WinForms or WPF). Proven experience building enterprise applications in C# and MS SQL Server. Advanced Microsoft SQL Server skills, including complex query writing, schema design, and performance tuning. Excellent SQL skills Good Powershell knowledge Hands-on experience with DevExpress UI controls and reporting tools. Ability to quickly understand and work within an established codebase. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail. Excellent communication skills (written and spoken English) and a strong team-oriented mindset. Degree in Computer Science Above all, honesty at all levels.Desirable Skills:Experience integrating C# applications with legacy systems. Familiarity with source control systems (SVN, Git, Azure DevOps etc). Understanding of multi-tier application architecture. Any knowledge of Delphi 7 or Pascal is advantageous (although not essential).
