Freshers
1. Proven work experience as a Software Engineer or Software Developer
2. Experience designing interactive applications
3. Ability to develop software in Java, Ruby on Rails, C++ or other programming languages
4. Excellent knowledge of relational databases, SQL and ORM technologies (JPA2, Hibernate)
5. Experience developing web applications using at least one popular web framework (JSF, Wicket, GWT, Spring MVC)
1. Execute full software development life cycle (SDLC)
2. Develop flowcharts, layouts and documentation to identify requirements and solutions3. Write well-designed, testable code
4. Produce specifications and determine operational feasibility
5. Integrate software components into a fully functional software system
6. Develop software verification plans and quality assurance procedures
7. Document and maintain software functionality
8. Troubleshoot, debug and upgrade existing systems
