Develops and champions a world class product vision and strategy for a product team managing multiple products. Understand the strategy and execution of multiple projects in an Agile Environment for Product Management including product requirements. Ensures alignment of product vision, strategy, and status with the executive leadership team's priorities and vision as well as team’s stakeholders. Ensures business needs are being met. Partner very closely with High Performing Engineering teams to ensure we are building scalable software products that meets customer needs and on time with quality. Strategy & Operations (StratOps): we are continuously raising organizational effectiveness by leading high-impact strategic programs. Our charter involves solving complex problems that require cross-functional collaboration and engagement with senior leaders across the organization.We strategize and execute horizontal programs that leverage deep competencies in respective technical and functional areas. We pave the way to future growth by cross-pollinating best practices and running cross-functional strategic programs. We focus on tech initiatives, program management and tech skill enablement & learning, in addition to working with leadership on long-range strategic planning and companywide initiatives.
