Experience:-

0-3 Years

Skills Required :-

1. Possessing 0 to 3 years of work experience in a similar industry.
2. Work experience in the Fin-tech industry would be an added benefit.
3. Exhibiting a keen interest, curiosity and enthusiasm for learning & adapting to emerging technologies.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Being self-motivated, driven by results, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
6. Displaying excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
7. Should be willing to work in night shift.

Key Responsbilties:-

1.Respond to customer inquiries via phone/email/chat in a timely and professional manner.
2. Provide step-by-step guidance to customers to resolve issues.
3. Assist customers with the integration of the payment gateway into their websites or applications.
4. Gather customer feedback and provide insights to the product management and development teams.
5. Provide regular updates to management on support trends and customer satisfaction.
6. Collaborate with the development team to understand product features and functionalities.
7. Conduct system testing to replicate customer issues and identify solutions.
8. Conduct training sessions/ product demonstration for customers on using the payment gateway effectively.
9. Develop internal training materials to keep the support team updated on new features and changes.
